advMassMailer v.2.0 - Update Notice

Development team discovered a bug in advMassMailer v2 which causes Microsoft© Outlook (all versions) to crash with  "Runtime Error 380" error. This problem occurs only if you have an empty Outlook Contacts Folder.

If you face this problem, an update is available from Advancity Support. Please feel free to contact support@advancity.net about this update.

This update is a bug-fix and does not include any other enhancements other than this fix so you don't need to install it if you are not facing this problem.

advMassMailer Add-In Activation Control

advMassMailer add-in must be installed and active in order to function properly. If you are facing problems while running advMassMailer, please check whether component is active or not. To do this, please follow the steps below;

If you find this checkbox unchecked on every startup, probably one of the security applications you might be using is deselecting it for security purposes.

Try to locate related configuration screen from your security application(s) which is used for allowing add-ins/programs for accessing/modifying Outlook. If you're unable to find a screen like this, please feel free to send a mail to us. Do not forget to add the names of the security applications you're using.
